I can offer knowledge and advice in the following areas: Diet - I can offer you a healthy dietary program based on Ayurvedic principles and your individual constitution and lifestyle Weight loss and /or Weight Management programs - based on Ayurvedic principles and individual constitution and lifestyle Exercise - if you live in Vancouver, BC Canada, I can also offer you a one on one weight training, Yoga, aerobics, or interval training etc, fitness sessions to achieve maximum fitness results Skin Care - I have all the latest scientific knowledge on how to acquire a beautiful, clear, youthful complexion Disease Research, Options, and Management - if you have an ailment or disease and want to know your options for treatment, I can offer you an information package with knowledge about the disease and knowledge about both allopathic and alternative treatments Mental Peace and Happiness - I can teach you techniques such as meditation and pranayama (breath control) to help you achieve and maintain mental composure and equanimity I am available for consultation online or in person (if you live in Vancouver, BC, Canada). Fees are $20.00 (Canadian) for a 30 minute consultation; $40.00 for an hour consultation; and a special offer of $50.00 for an hour and a half consultation Disease Research, Options, and Management package can take up to 5 days to research and analyse.
